Interesting results I got over from the people at http://www.thinkbroadband.co.uk. Take a look and see why you shouldn’t use your current ISP, or why should you stay with what you are using now. This statistics is by no means useful beyond telling if the customer support is great or not, as it doesn’t include pricing options, speed levels and whatnots. But usually, the voice of the people speak louder than anything, so you can be sure you’ve made the right choice with this, and only this. 🙂
