MTV World Stage Live 2011 is back in Malaysia!

And yours truly is invited with a media pass, woo hoo! See you all there peeps 😉

The highly anticipated concert of the year is back for the third consecutive year, MTV World Stage LIVE In Malaysia 2011. This year, fans will see performances from award-winning rock band Thirty Seconds To Mars, America’s alternative rock band Neon Trees, Korean phenomena Beast and local favorite Pop Shuvit

MTVWorld Stage Live in Malaysia 2011, staged at i-City, Shah Alam on the 24th of July, promises a high-octane concert like never before.

There’ll be MTV’s VJ Utt and VJ Holly, the hosts for MTV World Stage Live In Malaysia 2011 which will have a live audience of 15,000 fans! Should be able to meet them as I’ll be around the VIP F&B and communications room area 😉

 About MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia

On 15 August 2009, Malaysia hosted the first ever MTV World Stage in the world. The live music showcase, built from the ground up by MTV was broadcast to 157 territories reaching over 550 million households.

 Fast forward to 2011, MTV goes for the hat trick with MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia featuring four of the hottest bands of today. Breaking down walls and giving music fans access to explosive music performances, the concert will also be shot in high-definition to give TV viewers at home a stunning audio-vision experience.

For those of you who are unable to make it, MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia 2011 premieres on MTV SEA (Astro channel 713) on 8 August, midnight (MAL).
