#badmintontwtup afterparty – how NOT to lose weight!

Having these drinks in front of you is DEFINITELY not a good sign; especially if you think you’ve had enough exercice after a badminton session.

Bad Tock, bad!

But drink we did. The bunch of us from the Twittersphere came out to meet up for a game of badminton at PJ Challenger’s, and play we did for 2 hours between just the  5 of us. We know, however, that the number will soon rise as we try and convince other twitterers that exercising is a good hobby apart from sitting down on your arse at work twittering away.

It’s true. And the benefits are tremendous. Let @Marc_ky and @redsheep tell you something about health.

@marc_k: Let’s dance and do some ass slapping, and even YOU can drip puddles of water from your ass like me!

@redsheep: I exercise even during lunch, sucking through this tall straw is equivalent to a neck stretch!

I, on the other hand, prefer to enjoy my food. In between my Dragonfruit and Passionfruit drinks is my Honey Chicken Wantan meen @ Wong Kok Char Chan Teng, SS2.

This is @ling_chan‘s Mantis Prawn Wan Tan Meen. The idea was to buy wan tan meen for the winners, but in the end she not only gave us chance during badminton, she also paid for more than her meal. So generous. T_T

And not to mention beautiful as well, that’s her on the far right! @melvincwh is to the left and me, being the social junkie I am, is in the middle :p

Another look at the noodles I had. Isn’t too bad but of course, I wouldn’t recommend you to have your daily dose of wan tan meen here of course.

@marc_ky and @redsheep shows some love after lunch. Of course, @redsheep was also grimacing to the fact that there was a very, VERY wet patch on the sofa where @marc_ky was sitting on. Ewww.

And that’s about it guys and girls.

Bottomline is, DO JOIN US IN OUR NEXT #BADMINTONTWTUP SESSION! See you soon tweeps 😀
